This is my third year living at the retreat. It's a beautiful community and I love my roommates! It's expensive though. I'm living in a 4 bedroom townhouse this year and I lived in a 4 bedroom apartment my first year. The townhouse only costs a little bit more and includes much more than an apartment, so I would recommend the townhouse. The apartment wasn't really worth the price. All of the amentaties are nice and it's located right next to campus. I especially like that it's pet friendly.
I love the events put on by the staff, the friendly community, the incredible amenities, and most of all, the spacious and luxurious apartments!
I haven’t met many people but everyone in the leasing office is super nice! I enjoy going in there even if it’s just to ask a question. They are always so friendly and welcoming.
Meh the place wasn’t that great or cleaned at all. We had cigarette butts in the rooms and on the balcony. We had a broken couch and moldy door frames, dirty doors, moldy sink and molding oven
When I first moved into my apartment, the floors, stove tops, and counters wer very filthy and powdery looking. But The Retreat staff was very quick and dilligent about cleaning up the apartment to where it looked good as new. Over the last couple of months, I have been very pleased and comfortable living here.
My idea of home is that when I open the door after work, I can see the children playing happily in the living room and feel the hugs coming from the running; there is the sound of TV in the living room, the toys scattered everywhere, the busy figure in the kitchen and the delicious food on the table.
That's how happiness looks.
There is no need to worry about the fall or rise of the house price, no need to worry about the day when the landlord will take the house back, and no need to worry about the rise of the rent.
You can buy things at will. Don't worry if you can't take them with you or if you can't put them back. You can decorate every corner as you like, or you can allow the room to be messed up by little kids.
You can have a kitchen by yourself, and you can enjoy pounding food, steaming, frying, cooking, baking and frying. You don't worry about the smoke flying everywhere, and the food doesn't go anywhere.
When relatives and friends come, there's a place to sleep, a place to chat, a bedroom that doesn't have to be a living room, a game room, a bedroom where you don't have to eat or watch TV
Appliances are pretty bad. Dryer doesn’t work. One of our burners don’t work. Golf simulator is cool. Hot tub is cold. Probably won’t live here next year
I love it here everything looks so awesome I did enjoy the swimming pool and the gym also the hot tub and the staff, they are really friendly and helpful
I am so excited to be here another year so that I can be close to school, it is so awesome just walking to class and football games! There’s nowhere else I’d live
The staff is super nice and amenities are amazing! Every time I go to ask a question, the staff are always super friendly and helpful! I love the study rooms and the booths with tables, as well as the computer room!
I was super excited to move in to my apartment! Everything has been really good so far! I have great roommates this year, free coffee, and the club house and gym are awesome.
I love living at the Retreat. I try to get up every morning and go to the gym since it is so close, but if I am cold I can chill in the sauna The Retreat offers. I go into the racquetball courts and borrow a racket and ball to take a break from homework. Everything is very close and convenient living here!
Not very welcoming and not a lot of events on the site. Also the new website is confusing and I wish you to send a basic tutorial on how to use it.
Everyone is so helpful and efficient! I love that the employees always try to learn everyone’s names and the events they host are so fun! Such a great place to live!
Good place to live and close to campus. Apartment is nice and clean for the most part. The gym is good and spacious and has most of the things you need.
Have been living here for two years so far and I am really happy that I choose here. It is close to campus and it makes me feel like we are living in a really good and welcoming community, just not like any other apartments which build aside the street.
Love the retreat apartments. Some minor cleaning needed when moving in. Hardwire connections in all rooms for internet. Internet is pretty good
I appreciate the amenities and layouts offered. The prize is a bit steep but I do think you get what you pay for. The staff is friendly and try to resolve problems when they come up.
Being at the retreat, It has been very convenient for a student at Oregon State. The parking lot is very big, so you no have to worry about not finding parking
I’m very impressed with the retreat so far! All of the workers are friendly and helpful, the amenities are great, and I love my apartment. It is also super convenient to have so much open parking!
It’s a great place to live. I really enjoy all the amenities that are included and the townhouse set up is very comfortable and more quiet than the apartments.
Nice clean and safe environment close to campus. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I really appreciate all of the extra services that are provided to us.
I’m very happy here. It’s nice and clean. The hot tub is always broken. And they don’t have recycling. There’s a lot of dog poop in the grass in front of my house and behind my house even though I don’t own a dog.
Super excited! I love living here! There are great amenities, wonderful club house, with lots of study rooms and computers for use. The pool is great during the summer as well!
It is pretty good. My house is very nice, facilities are great, only problem is my neighbors. We have more space than we expected in our 5 bedroom apartment, and it is comfortable to be in. The only downside is our neighbors who litter our porch with cigarettes.
Adequate living. Adequate management and good community with beautiful scenery outside especially near the garden area. Also pet friendly which is a plus.
I was nervous about how well my roommates would get along this term, but so far we are all having a wonderful time and getting along nicely.
The stove is a little dated but I love the individual bathroom and room space. I also love that the washer dryer are easy to use. I think more than one fridge would be a good idea too.
The area is amazing, the staff is great, but there were a few complications moving it. It was apparent that the maintenance was understaffed and unable to help with everyone’s issues at once. When first moving in the apartment was not as clean or as fixed as we would have liked.
Very excited to live in retreat, because the living environment is very good, the public community is also very good, people will always want to live here, the only downside may be that the monthly rent is a bit expensive, otherwise the others are perfect!
The apartments are great and so are the facilities. But my experience with the website has been unpleasant and the hot tub is always broken.
The area is amazing, the staff is great, but there were a few complications moving it. It was apparent that the maintenance was understaffed and unable to help with everyone’s issues at once. When first moving in the apartment was not as clean or as fixed as we would have liked.
It's pretty quiet and I like it a lot. The space is clean too, and I appreciate the proximity of where all the living spaces are. It makes it a lot easier to make friends here.
I was very excited about moving into The Retreat. I’m new to the area and wanted to find a place to live that is in a good location and has amenities that would make moving to a brand new town easier.
I love living here because it makes me feel so safe and like i am a part of a community. The retreat provides meals on certain days of the month and it is so yummy
The information given to residents is incorrect sometimes. Maintenance can sometimes be spotty with showing up on time. The noise level is great though and I love how close it is to campus!
Living with retreat Corvallis is making the life easier and enjoyable. All the community here are friendly. The apartment is good and the best in Corvallis. I am so happy of being part of the community!
It's very good. The surroundingis beautiful. Our house is big and cozy, the public area is very useful and people in the office are nice, too.
Overpriced and too many fees. People don't care about community and clubhouse stuff. The apartments are smaller than expected and should have a guest bathroom.
With the economic take-off, people will pay more attention to the improvement of the quality of life, especially for the living environment is strict requirements. And the residence is the environment that people live in, so people to a gentle, beautiful, quiet
I’m very satisfied for living at the Retreat. I am not familiar with life in America yet because I have only been here for seven weeks. Sometimes I have a few problems but the employees are very kind and try to help me.
I lost my key literally an hour after moving in but you guys were willing to replace it very quickly despite the craziness of move-in day! Thanks!!!
I was very excited to move in. Everything in the apartment was mostly in order, but the window in our living room is cracked. There were also unpatched holes.
I am very excited about moving into the retreat! I am especially excited for when it starts to get warm again and I can start using the pool. I have used the hot tub a few times and it is super nice and I also use the gym almost every day!
It’s excited to move in here, the office service, the gym, the pool, and also kinds of activities hold it by retreat, which make me feel loved to be one of residents at Corvallis
I was excited about moving in here because the retreat looks like a park full of bungalows. It’s a very quiet and peaceful place which is dog friendly.I get to see so many kinds of dogs there and they are always happy to greet me.The apartment is huge to keep all my stuff and the cool thing is that there is a dishwasher that most of the apartments didn’t provide. The light for my room is not bright enough and it would be great if there are more lights installed.I was excited about the gym but it’s too small and they have shortage of equipment. The swimming pool would convince me to swim if it is larger.Other than that, everything looks fine to me.
Nice place to live.
Close to the campus.
Nice condition of all thing expect the training machine.
A good location nearby the campus and close to many store.
Living here is the best! With friendly staff and close to campus. There are also a lot of cute dogs around campus, which make living here even better
It’s a beautiful community . I can’t wait to see it in the summer time. I love the way how the Retreats handles mails and packages. I love the fact that we have access to the pool and gym.
I love it here!!! can’t wait to renew my lease! Everyone is so quick to help whenever you need it. Perfect location too, just a short walk and i’m at class!
I appreciate how fast work orders are completed. I also like the various amenities (mostly the AC, fast internet, and queen bed). Everything has been great so far!
While the rent isn’t cheap, you get a lot for it. So far I have had maintenance fix our thermostat (which they did promptly), have made use of the gym, the hot tub, and even virtual golf. While there are cheaper options, I’d say you get what you pay for here, and that’s quite a bit.
I love how pet friendly the retreat is (it even has dog waste stations along the walkways). The units are beautiful, the only downside is they were clearly rushed to build so the quality and look is very suburban-tract-housing-esque.
apartments are nice, only 2 issues are hot tub is regularly cold and internet drops out at night semi-regularly. Outside these minor issues, it's not a bad place at all, especially for the price.
Moving in was pretty tough. My apartment was very dirty upon move-in. The toilet needed to be cleaned, the kitchen had grease stains, the fridge was covered in fingerprints and the place smelled bad. I did have a great experience with one of the managers, who helped me send cleaners, and accommodated me accordingly.
The staff are very friendly and the room are very clean. The process are very easy follow. I think it was very nice to move in and I think retreat are nice
it was a rocky start, our apartment was not cleaned and we have had a bug problem but we are starting to move past it and finally get all settled in. it’s a great location and nice overall.
Good living experience, but the rent is kind of expensive. The peoples here are good, living equipment here like the gym , swimming pool are good
I already live here so moving in isn’t that exciting in the regards that it is not happening. My new roommates are very nice though and i am glad they are here.
I love it here! Everyone is so nice and friendly and I love that I’m able to just walk around and meet new people! The staff is extremely helpful and friendly!
until now, ihave very good experence in the retreat corvallis, the place if very quite and it has many activity you can do it there such as swimming in pool , playing pool, exercise in the gym, also you can finish your university assignments in computer lap.
Amenities and community is nice, but the management and maintenance need to step up their game. Communication of the late fee waiver for rent should be better, and maintenance needs to be more concerned about fire hazards with smoking stoves
The hotel environment is clean, the room layout is perfect, elegant and do not lose emotional appeal, thoughtful service, let a person matchless comfortable. Built the feeling of a kind of home to me, no matter big place arrives small place is so unassailable, the price is very reasonable also. 2, the hotel waiters are polite, warm and thoughtful, the hotel is decorated magnificently, most people do not want to go in. 3, the hotel all kinds of bright neon lights let the whole city overflow color, the spirit of flying some of the high-end hotel lights face push glass for some drunk office glass curtain
The infrastructure is very complete and the furniture is complete. The actual view and description of the apartment are very similar. The gym equipment is quite complete and the overall layout is very good. There is a bus stop directly to the school.
My public area is not cleaned and not clean. But my room is nice, with great sunshine, a soft bed and a big bathroom. And take a bath. I love the gym and I go running every week. Anyway, I'm pretty happy here.

The environment is very good, the neighbors are very nice, the service of the property is very considerate, the facilities inside the house are perfect and can't find any problems.
While I have only been here a week, I already have fallen in love with the community. The atmosphere is positive, the amenities amazing, and the landscape beautiful.
Awesome community area with entertainment and studying resources, comfortable rooms with clean surfaces, nice appliances and good service!!!
Andrew Nathanial D.
finally got a room with balcony！ its fast from retreat to Campus and super convenient. There are nearby restaurants and supermarket. It’s easy to get on I 5
I am beyond excited to continue living in this community. I have already lived here for the past year, but it has been a great time and there are many reasons for the renewal of my lease.
Great place to live with awesome amenities. Only issues so far is lots of food left over from the previous tenants and the previous tenants left the living room very messy in the common areas. Lastly one previous tenant who is still with us has been smoking cigarettes each day inside and the fumes have been traveling through the appartment.
The personal computer chair is really uncomfortable.....The bed is just too high.....The personal tables are also too low....The chair for the kitchen is too high.
I am very excited to move into the Retreat! So many amenities are offered, allowing new friendships to be made! Also, I am hopeful this environment will help relieve stress from classes!
Getting ready to move has been a little stressful, and it’s going to suck to move away from my loved ones, but I’m excited to start a new chapter In my life.
I'm curious and excited about the environment of the apartment. I hope the room can be very clean and the environment can be very good. I will spend a year here. I hope the staff in the apartment can be friendly and help me patiently when I have problems.
I am looking forward to a new year at The Retreat. Seeing everyone after summer break, catching up and making new friends. Let's go Beavers!
Very excited! I can’t wait to see the great things and experience. Also, I heard that there is a pool, I think it will be a good idea to swim in a nice weather.
it’s a wonderful department for me and my roommate，and it is near the OSU（walk for ten minutes）. There are prefect community service such as gym，swimming pool，and the 24-hour self-study room。
The retreat is super close to campus and has great amenities! I love being able to have a raised bed garden while I’m away at school. Having a gym onsite is also a plus!
I am excited to move-in to the Retreat at Corvallis where I expect high quality of life and friendly residents. I am a little annoyed by the move-in date which I think it is supposed to be a bit earlier.
I'm really hyped to living near so many of my friends. They lived here sophomore year and had one of the 5 bedroom apartments and it was s spacious and nice.
very comfortable. the staff is very accommodating. everyone is always happy. dog friendly community. sanitary maintenance is on par. truly is a retreat.
The Retreat has been amazing to me the past couple of years! I can’t wait to spend my senior year of college here! I love the friends I’ve met, and how comfortable my home is :)
I’m so excited to move in! Raleigh and Karlee were amazing for helping me when the group I was matched with decided I wasn’t a good fit for them, they got me reassigned within 20 minutes. So grateful!
The room was comfortable and the space was great. But the room was not cleaned, and there were many places and facilities that could not be used or destroyed. And the check-in time is very late. I only stayed for two weeks in the first month but I have to pay the full month's rent. I think this is very unreasonable.
The environment looks really nice on the internet. The facilities are advanced and get good maintenanced. I hope I can have good time at there.
I love living at the Retreat because not only are the community assistants wonderful, but so are my fellow residents. I love living in such a comfortable place.
Roommates are cool. Bedroom is decent. Gym is aight. Close enough I can board to work. People that work here are awesome. There’s air conditioning. Great time!
I have visited there before, and even made a video tour with some Chinese friends. I know that there are many benefit I can get when I move in. So, I am glad to move to retreat quickly!
I’ve enjoyed the retreat for the last year and the staff is always very helpful and kind. I renewed my contract last minute and they were so helpful!
IT IS GOOD AND i LOVED IT. THE SUMMING POOL AND EVERYTHING, PEOPLE ARE FRIENDLY AND THE OFFICE ARE REALLY REALLY NICE WHEN YOU STOP BY AND TALK TO THEM

I love love living here with my dog. This isn’t me I of the best apartments i lived in. The staff is so nice and helpful. The ground a are always well kept and nice.
I'm very excited about moving into the Retreat, I think it is the best place to live around campus. The pool and hot tub are really nice and it is close enough to campus to make commuting manageable.
I have yet to move into the retreat, however, my first experience with the leasing office / lobby has been awesome. All of the people I have talked to, emailed and called with have been extremely helpful and genuine.
Perfectly close to campus! Tons of available parking and places to keep bikes. The only thing I wish it had was a more available recycling center since I don’t think they have one.
I’m excited to get out of the dorms and live with some friends. Plus, I really like the environment at the retreat, feels like home away from home
We stay in a nice big party inside the house is very well equipped well office equipment is complete, the service people is also very enthusiastic mood also can become a good air conditioning equipment of what is new is very complete also has air conditioning, won't feel hot in summer is very comfortable to a house have a network of water all don't need to pay only pay for head is also very good staff hard work thank you! In a word, a good house is suitable for students to live in. The landlord and the person in charge are very nice I will renew one year when I graguate.
I am kind of excited I have been more excited, if my house smelled better I would be even more excited but I am still kind of excited. woo hoo
I am ecstatic to move in and meet new people! I love socializing and learning new perspectives. I hope to learn a lot from this experience and the fun times to be had. I plan on going towards college full force because this will be my second time attempting engineering pro school.
Pretty excited! I already contacted my new roommate and look forward to meeting people both on campus and in the area! I plan on using the exercise facility often and maybe even go to the pool every now and again. I’m a bit nervous because I asked for “unfurnished” however I assumed this was for the room only and hope to still I have a washer and dryer on site.
I think retreat is great to live and it shows us some different feelings. If I have chance, I will live here one more time to enjoy this period.
Too expensive for the quality of amenities. I had a terrible roommate experience in which my old roommates were just awful people, but that was resolved thanks to the staff. I can see why people hate it but it was a good place compared to most of the places in Corvallis. This place was made for certain types of people. I’m not entirely sure you can find anything better in Corvallis, unless you’re renting out a house. Overall, I had an okay experience here. The best thing about it, is the staff. But even the staff have their flaws. Everything else, it was okay.
The Retreat hasn’t been an awesome place to live during college. I’m about to move into my third unit here and Im so excited. As a seasoned resident I recommend it to everyone who asks
Wifi could be better, I also enjoy free parking. I love how there are grills because I love to make burgers for the bros. I enjoy that each room has carpet.
Moving in to the retreat is easy. They do a great job answering any questions you have and making sure you feel confident. Everyone here is so nice.
Love the area. It is somewhat isolated from town, but still close to campus. The appearance of the community is nice, as well as the interior of the housing. I really appreciate the gym, pool and clubhouse.
I don’t know how many Dylan LPs, then tapes, then CDs I have worn out.
When I had a car, I sometimes forced myself to play something else, but I always went back to that music. It never palled.
I belong to the “Blowin’ in the Wind” generation, and those lyrics define it.
But I also love the “Woman” songs—“Rainy Day,” “Just Like A”—and all of us, my boomer girl cohorts, however independent or fiercely feminist and ambitious we were, also secretly wanted to be Sara, the bard’s enigmatic muse.
LIving here isn’t a great place, they have wonderful amenities like the gym and pool. Great start staff and great location. There should really be a shuttle
This place is great with a lot of amenities. I have lived here for almost two years and I have enjoyed my time. My favorite part is having a gym where I can walk across the street to.
A good community which is not far from campus. Such a great experience living here. Awesome facilities provided. Staff very nice and kind. Payments are very easy
I move in at retreat Corvallis in 2018 and it was great. The area is clean, comfortable and beautiful. The workers were so nice and helpful. I like of staying here with this community
I am super excited! This place looks great. The employees at the retreat were very nice and welcoming. I absolutely love that the retreat is dog friendly.
I literally can't wait, the entire facility is incredible! I'm going to be spending an inordinate time at the pool. Plus I get to room with my best friends I can't think of anything better
Great Great Great g This is a great I love it so I can get more point in my account
I hope that and I wish
Best residence in Corvallis to live in for all age of people, especially for students. Best decision I have taken here in Corvallis and looking forward to stay here for the next year.
I can’t wait to join the community and meet people! And the pool looks nice too!!! I have already been making plans to utilize the workout room and have been getting decorations for my room.
I am very excited to move in this coming fall. The apartments are beautiful, and everyone so far has been so friendly. The Retreat is by far the cleanest, friendliest apartment I have come across while looking for a place to live. So excited for fall!
The move-in process was seamless and easy. Everything was done over email, so it was finished in less than 24 hours. I'm excited for my stay here!
overall, the community is very friendly. Love the amenities, especially the pool. community is super close to campus, which is also a big plus.
The apartment community is very nice, it is quiet and clean and the amenities are great. Everyone at the front office is always friendly and helpful!
It’s great here. Really close to campus and multiple amenities. The staff is friendly, welcoming and helpful. The price is very much worth it
I am ready to move in. The new room is very good for me. I really want to see the good stuff in my room. I know it is a new start to me. I think I will be happier.
The entire complex looks great! I haven't officially lived here as a resident yet, but every time I used to visit my friends who were residents, I would always tell them and think about how great this place was! I'm excited to experience living in the Retreat with my own mind and two eyes.
I moved in at 2018 March, for over half year living here, this is a harmony community, stuffs are hospitable. I’m satisfied with here. The administration system here is completely.
Love the dog friendly environment and the friendly, helpful staff. The free food and activities are always great! The gym, pool, and other amenities are amazing!
It’s a nice complex with a nice staff. Having random roommates can be annoying at times but it gets dealt with quickly. If you have a bike, it is an easy ride to campus which only takes about 5 minutes. The pool is a huge plus in the summer as well.
It’s very exciting moving into your own apartment and also away from home. It feels good to have to take on the responsibilities of paying you rent on your own.
I really like it here, good neighbors here. Staffs are ok, they will try to match you to a better roommates, and lots area for your dog to hangout.
I'm generally quite excited to move in and have a space of my own as nice as the retreat. The only reason I say 4.5/5 is because the moving process also comes with nerves.
I am so excited. I had a really bad living situation last year, and I think this year is going to be a whole different experience. I can’t wait!!!
I’m mostly looking forward to meeting with the staff as well as old and new friends to have a nice good time at. The events are fun, the pools are great, and I love the food.
I’m super excited to move into the retreat in the fall. The resort style pool and a gym look really great. I can’t wait to use the facilities.
I have been enjoying my stay at the retreat, and I am happy with the living space provided. The amenities are nice and the surrounding landscape is great.
Super excited about moving in! The whole process has been really easy and fast! I’m glad they have been able to work with me even though, currently, I live out of state.
Im not excited at all. Im doing this for the free stuff dude. Trump 2020 make america great again, Make america safe again. Build the wall and keep our country safe
I am so excited to spend another year at the Retreat! I love how close the apartments are to school so I can walk to class and save money on gas! Also love the free food and amenities! The staff is so nice!
Everyone seems super nice at the retreat so I’ll be excited to move in. Plus there is the pool which is a huge plus and I’ll hopefully be able to use it in the fall.
I haven't moved in yet, but the community looks really nice. You get a lot of amenities for your money so I'm excited to utilize those. I cook a lot so I'm also excited about the kitchen space.
I’m so excited to move also I can’t wait
I want to move and I’m so happy because I will be in the Retreat I like the place also people are very friendly I can’t wait...
I'm very excited to stay in my current unit for another year. Looking forward to improved maintenance over the summer and coming back to a clearer living environment.
This place is very comfortable and helpful with move in. I can’t wait to live here again next year. Everyone at the front office was super nice and helpful with making sure we were apart of the Retreat community.
So far my apartment is great! the five bedroom, five bathroom set-up is really nice and it is great to have my own space. It is also great to have a common space to interact and have fun with my roommates without disturbing the residents in the other unit next door to us.
I haven't moved in yet, but I am extremely excited to next fall. I am moving into cloverhurst and from the pictures online, I can tell that is is going to be very nice.
I am very excited! The units are very nice, the amenities are fantastic, and I am super ready to live with my roommates! I am also so ready to leave my dorm and actually have my own kitchen and bathroom again.
I’m really excited. My friends lived here 2 years ago and I loved visiting them. The pool and the golf simulator are the 2 things I’m most hyped about
Awesome and fun. Enjoy that it is pet friendly and has free coffee. And the gym. That's it I I I I I onnikfm dkfns dkfm djdjd djmd DDF. Dkdr
Glad to moving in because many of my friends are also living in here. I love how I can feel a warm welcome in here, how the retreat is being a community in here.
I'm really excited to move in! One of my friends who is a resident in the D1 garden floorplan invited me over and I really liked her place. I was looking for a place to live, so I asked her about it and she told me all about the Retreat, so I applied and signed my lease! I'm really excited. I love that there's a pool.
I am very excited to move into the retreat. I am excited to use all the extra stuff they offer like the pool and like the gym! I can not wait to live here next year.
I’m excited about everything you have to offer. The retreat looks stunning. There are a lot of exciting events and amenities. I have enjoyed the customer service and the attitude everyone has there.
I chose this community because it is very close to the school. It is very convenient for me to go to school. There are many room types in this community. I can live in any room type I want to live in. There are houses and apartments, and you can also choose the number of rooms. There are properties to help solve problems, such as electrical appliances are broken, there are repairs, express delivery and some activities. The swimming pool and gym, which can not go far to fitness.
I am glad to live so close to my school. I appreciate that, especially in my final few terms. I am excited to use that pool with the warm weather starting to show back up.
I am very excited to live at the Retreat next year because I'll be living on an awesome property, close to campus, with my awesome friends!!
There are a lot of amenities at this location. I enjoy being able to step outside and walk to a pool, hot tub, gym, study rooms, billiards room, arcade room, and more.
Super excited! Especially for meeting my new roommates and decorating!! It will be super fun and so nice to have almost everything I need to move in.
Overall good experience with community. Wish we could’ve made friends a bit easier but everyone is super nice. Hopefully in the spring people will be out and about more.
I cant wait. I already live here and i love it but next year in the fall i will be living with my two friends. Im excited to have our own townhome instead of an apartment aswell!
The layout seems really nice and I'm excited because it's going to be furnished and I liked the layout of the furniture. I'm also just excited to live in an apartment.
Great environment. Super excited to move in and enjoy my own person bathroom. The amenities are well worth the price, I’ve already used the free WiFi.
The community that the Retreat has created is amazing. All of the amenities provided are more than enough to never be bored and never need to leave besides for class.
I love living here, it’s close to campus and has more than what I really need. The only thing I wish was better was parking and service requests were delt with.
I love living at the Retreat in Corvallis. The gym, computer lab and coffee machine are my favorite parts, and the pool is so nice when the sun is out!
I think the living area is great. However there are several problems. The first is allowing animals means that there is poop everywhere outside. My house doesn't have a dog but our neighbors dog leaves dog poop all over our back area and the grass areas out front. There is also no recycling which is concerning and the hot tub is never clean.
Pretty excited to move in the fall. I'm excited to have a place besides a dorm room that comes with many amenities. For example a fridge, multiplemath rooms, and room for a couch! A however I'm not super keen on the price, also the premium for having a 10 month lease got me, they should have alerted me at the start.
The community is very welcoming here at the retreat. When I first moved in I emmediately felt at home. Mostly every one treats the retreat property and staff with respect and that helps as well.
It’s really excited for living here. There are many basic functions.like fitness room, swimming pool, study room, and others. You can enjoy your life here. And finding friends
Very excited to move in the retreat again. It’s such a caring and tropical environment. I can’t imagine living anywhere else and I want to shout it from a rooftop.
I really like the retreat. I’ve been around this area for the last three years. I like the space and having my own bathroom and closet is everything
Good quality! I have lived here for about half year. The stuffs here are nice and the location of The Retreat is idea. The gym and computer room can be used 24 hours, which is awesome.
The apartment is clean and neat. I like the fixing department because they are very fast and responsive. Rent is a little expensive but is manageable

When I moved in I was very excited to finally have my own room so I could ditch the dorms. Also, having my own bathroom is a huge plus that I didn’t even have at home.
The amenities are super nice, the gym is my favorite. The neighborhood is kept really clean and the buildings themselves are high quality and have a good set up
company that produces parts and equipment that may be marketed by another manufacturer. For example, Foxconn, a Taiwanese electronics contract manufacturing company, which produces a variety of parts and equipment for companies such as Apple Inc., Dell, Google, Huawei, Nintendo, Xiaomi, etc., is the largest OEM company in the world by both scale and revenue.
The term is also used in several other ways, which causes ambiguity. It sometimes means the maker of a system that includes other companies
I’m excited to be able to choose who I live with, I’m excited to use the pool during the summer and the tanning booth during the winter. Also it’s close to campus so I’m not too far.
Living at the Retreat is pretty great. The amenities are nice, and the community is pretty great. There are a couple of problems, like the fact that people leave their dogs poop on the grass and people sometimes have parties late at night, but other than that, it's a great place to live in.
The apartment staff are wonderful and responsive to any request I happen to have, such as when they fixed the bedroom light during the beginning of winter term. Additionally, the free food events were a blast and it’s always great having a living space that becomes better the longer you stay.
The retreat provides many quality amenities that foster a relaxing environment for studying, providing entertainment, and creating a fun living situation. The apartments are nice a prove to be very comfortable.
I am in love with Corvallis and I am also in love with the Retreat! The staff is so amazing and the community is great! I love how close it is to the university!
Love the Staff at the Retreat! Always willing to assist and make sure my needs are taken care of. Highly recommend taking a tour and becoming a resident!
We love the Retreat! Nothing like waking up on a Sunday morning to a cup of coffee and a hot tub with my beautiful girlfriend.
I am estatic. The Retreat at Corvallis is a great place to live. The rooms are clean, spacious, and the location is convenient. The amenities at the clubhouse make this apartment complex very worthwhile.
The package is so safe, I never missed any package since I moved here. And people who worked in office are so kind. And those people who come to repair things are also kind, they will even wear a shoe cover when entering our room. It is very good!
The front desk staff was always helpful and friendly. Maintenance was equally friendly and very effective. Amenities speak for themselves; great.
The retreat is a great place to live if you’re looking to be in a small community. They have lots of amenities and the management team is very pleasent
Love it here and love all of the amenities provided to us at the retreat. Very safe and very welcoming. Staff are very nice too and there is good parking
I have lived in the Retreat and will be moving in again next year. Pros- Gym, sauna, printers, discounts, close to Reser. Cons- Lack of communication from the staff and the amount of maintenance repairs needed is high.
Super excited to live here. Seems like a great place. The location is prime and the gym is fully stocked with equipment. So nice that everyone gets their own separate bathroom/bedroom.
love the variety of amenities and the basic upkeep of the whole community. The police are called every so often which isn't surprising because it is a college student living community but from what I have witnessed, most of the calls are for domestic violence. I also wish roommate matching was better and consensually on both ends.
I was excited about moving in because it was a fresh start outside of the dorms. I love having my own room, bathroom, and walk in closet. It nice to have privacy!
The retreat has a newer feel to it's living quarters which is nice. However, maintenance of the grounds and units have not met my expectations. One example of this is my door which I was told would be fixed has not been fixed for a whole term now. Another is our cable for the tv has had very few channels, and somehow it is our responsibility to speak with the cable company and get it fixed (this has been a problem in both units I was in). Lastly, the trash situation near the pool is insane. Either the frequency of pickups needs to increase, or bigger/more bins need to be ordered. Best of luck, Retreat.
I am super excited to be moving into The Retreat Corvallis! The people who work there are super friendly and were amazing at answering all of my questions. I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else in Corvallis!
Excited to move in to this new apartment and get the school year started. Everyone at The Retreat is very nice, helpful, and easy to talk to.
I love being in the same place with my roommates as last year. We have really settled in and it's become a comfortable home. I also really love the gym and use it frequently.
I am very excited about moving in. The amenities are great and the apartments look excellent. The Retreat has a lot of parking available on the North end for residents.
Super excited to continue my stay here at Corvallis retreat!!! I cannot wait for next term!! Looking forward to more tanning and pool time this spring
The amenities are nice, however, maintenance always seems to be a bit behind and management does not always communicate effectively with residents and applicants.
It’s alright kinda expensive and the house is not the best like it’s pretty poor quality but the rooms are alright. My biggest problem is that the hottub closes at 10pm like what the heck I wanna hot tub before bed at 11 I should be able to I’m in college
excited, but wish maintenance could be faster. Looking forward to using all of the amenities, such as the gym, free printing, and getting coffee.
the retreat is in a great location and close to campus love all the amenities and ample parking, really great to have packages accepted & sorted at main office
I love living here. There are so many reasons why... the staff are amazing for starters..and the amenities are awesome.... the clubhouse with games and a computer lab... and who doesnt love a hot tub the size of a pool?!?!
I love it so much, I live in a wonderful house with wonderful people who I love and cherish. However, my neighbors are kind of a problem, being the cops are called on them all the time and they yell at each other all the time. Other than that this apartment is great!
I'm pretty excited to continue to live at the retreat. There are a few things I would like to see addressed but other than that I'm happy to continue.
Price is high, but the facilities that come along with everything are great. There have been a couple things broken before moving in, and the maintenance on them has taken months, so that’s one of the only real problems I have with it.
The size of the townhomes are perfect however maintenance is slow at fixing problems, clearly do not have enough workers for the size of the complex. The houses were built very cheaply causing a lot of problems.
It is good to live in here, I have been living in here for a year and decided to renew my contract. Love the gym, love the living atmosphere, all good.
Super clean when we moved in, well kept floors, walls, bathtubs and sinks.. Very nice appliances, the fridge was clean and so was the oven and microwave!
I already live here but I am excited to keep living here next year! My boyfriend and I have enjoyed living here so much and we love that it is pet friendly!
Good quality and location. I live near the office and I love the gym and computer room. However, the rent fee is going to be more expensive next year. So sad.
The environment in this community is great. Staff maintains a community environment everyday. The facilities in the apartment can meet the entertainment needs. Community properties are also very friendly. But one drawback is that the network is not very stable.
The living experience with my roommates was really nice! I enjoyed my unit and my own living space for homework and just to relax. I just hope that the light in my room gets fixed soon.
There’s no BMW X3 M just yet, but when it does arrive, you can bet it’ll feature much bodykit, many exhausts and generous lashings of badging. Subtlety is no longer known to the M Division.
Enter Alpina. Since the 1960s, it’s been pursuing the noble art of making BMWs go faster, without anyone who’s not a connoisseur of the marque actually
The amenities are great and the staff is friendly and will work things out with you if needed. Usually a quiet place to live, and location of very convenient!
This place is fancy. I have been stayed for almost five month and it feels comfortable.
Everything is provided for me.i recommend for everyone to rent here
beautiful place, people were very nice, and we have free coffee everyday, beautiful place, people were very nice, and we have free coffee everyday
I love it! So cozy and free donuts on Monday! Awesome! I love the hot tub and the staff is friendly and always there to help! I'm so glad I moved in!
The Retreat is amazing as well as pet friendly. I always feel safe coming back to my apartment as it is in a great neighborhood. All of the staff here are very welcoming.
The Retreat has been great to me! I'm so glad to live here with such friendly staff. The amenities are fantastic and I love having a great sense of community.
I was very excited. It’s great that the Retreat is a place that I could call home. The house was a little dirty when we first got here but the Retreat was very helpful and quick to helping us out with that.
Living at the retreat has been a great experience. The community is with in walking distance to campus and the amenities are amazing. Also the gym is fully loaded
nice looking but the trash that stacks up is bad! Not very clean as it should be. Please make sure all your employees are more properly trained
The Retreat team has been super helpful in solving any problems I had before moving in and have continued to help me and my roommates now that we are all moved in.
it is convienience that i think the most important reason of living in the retreat. For example, it only takes my 10 mins by feet to supermarket, cinema and hospital that are nearby by my house. which can save me a lot of time when i buy things or i have some phisical emergency.
The retreat is such a nice and calm place to live it really helps with school. There is also so many good amenities to use around the complex.
Living here was definitely fun and it was nice to have so much done for me as opposed to renting a house that requires us to take care of all bills, however I ultimately felt the prices were a bit steep for the size of the apartments.
I really recommen this apartment complex because it has nice staff members and the house is very clean. Moreover, it has fast internet and wash machine too.
I really like the community here. The people are nice and open to meeting new people. I’ve met quit a few people at the community pool and they are always willing to share a beer and a laugh.
The apartment has been decent so far, however there have been a number of problems that have not been fixed. I was promised that the warped baseboard in my room would be fixed, and it has not. Our dryer has been broken ever since we moved in. There are countless chips, marks, and scuffs on doors and walls. Not happy.
I love the pre-furnished lease option. Super helpful when you don’t want to go buy your own stuff. Everything is also so clean. I’m extremely excited to move in.
n essay is, generally, a piece of writing that gives the author's own argument — but the definition is vague, overlapping with those of a paper, an article, a pamphlet, and a short story. Essays have traditionally been sub-classified as formal and informal. Formal essays are characterized by "serious purpose, dignity, logical organization, length," whereas the informal essay is characterized by "the personal element (self-revelation, individual tastes and experiences, confidential manner), humor, graceful style, rambling structure, unconventionality or novelty of theme," etc
Great staff. I was really excited to move in. The amenities are great. Moving in was a little rough but through great communication with the staff it wasn’t bad.
Pretty excited to move into this fine establishment. The process of moving in was not the easiest but the facilities seem to be nice and the people are amazing.
I like the mileage room and the separate leasing the community provided. It’s convenient to get to OSU and also pet friendly. Do not miss this property you can get gift card as cash back as well
I fell no bad because I used to live next door. However the room is super messy and unclean because the previous tenants need clean and also retreat did not do their job
Daniel En Jun A.
Love living here with the great amenities! pool is great during the summer time and location is perfect! Easy access to the gym and computers or printers if needed!
Such a great place! Close to campus and great amenities. Dutch Bros is a great thing too!! Laundry in unit is so convenient! Thank you!!!!!!
I was here from last year and had a good experience at The Retreat. Would definitely recommend to my friend because of all the great amenities and community here!
I think there is a very nice place to live. But, I think there fee of rental is very expensive in Corvallis. And there atitude of office is vrey good
Good morning I am heading to them and you can take it to work or tomorrow or later or tomorrow or next week or tomorrow I will do wywowuwowuwowuwwo
I am so excited about moving in to The Retreat!! I chose to live in the furnished 2 bedroom apartment and I am incredibly happy to be here in such a beautiful neighborhood.
House had a big leak in the first floor and a lot of stuff from previous residents but overall I'm happy and excited to live here. Everything is about as I expected.
I am really excited about living in a great community! The amenities here are awesome and has everything I need. I can’t wait for another year here at the retreat.
I was so excited to renew my unit and move back in. I got to redecorate my room from last year and now I never want to leave. I have great roommates so I was excited to be back.
I was so excited to get here on move-in day and am still extremely excited just to be living here. The rooms are amazing and the views and area are absolutely stunning.
Working hard,they get high praise.
Because they work hard, they get high praise.
Due to hard work, they get high praise.
Because of hard work, they get high praise.
I think it's really a good place for inyernational.students to live at the first.time they come to here. it's convenient and students can go to the campus easily
Looking forward to my new college experience at the Retreat! It seems like a great community with very nice facilities. I am a transfer student, and this seems like a much better option than the dorms!
The community is great but I think the apartment itself is poorly designed. Theres no way 4 people can reasonably share a small refrigerator. There is no room for me to put away my kitchen stuff. My roommate has a window inside of her closet. and my bathroom door swings out into the hall and hits my bedroom door. Awkwarddd
I'm excited to move to Corvallis and begin my program at Oregon State. The Retreat has a good location near campus and an easy move-in process.
i am very excited to meet my roommates and other people in the retreat. I am happy there is coffee every morning and hope to get a lot of use out of the pool.
I cannot tell you about how ecstatic I am to be moving into The Retreat. This is the place where I have wanted to live the entire time I was apartment searching. I absolutely love the community and atmosphere that the retreat has. i am so excited to live in such a beautiful community with friends for this coming school year.
Can’t wait to live at the retreat at Corvallis in their quality townhomes that you really can’t find anywhere else. The retreat is offering a great place to reside and I can’t wait to move in and take advantage of all the amenities they offer.
I lived here for 3 years and I loved having my own space and a community like this. It is great having the amenities and a nice walk to campus.
So incredibly excited to be moving in! It’s such a cool place and I think I’m really gonna enjoy it. Everyone seems so welcoming and I can’t wait to get started.
Can't wait to meet my new roommates! The Retreat is a very nice place to stay for people, like me, who want their own bathroom, and own living space.
So excited to move into the Retreat! I've heard really good things about this place, and I can't wait to live here myself. This should be a gr at year!
im so excited to move in and love my roommates already! They're so nice and the retreat did a really good job matching us up! I can wait to move in!
are u kidding min of 140 Im trying to Get another five dollar target gift card because I'm broker than broke so please give me that soon alright I made word count bye
I hope live with my friends. I will live in retreat with my four friends. And I also hope I can cook chinese dish by myshelf. The dishes in restaurant are too salt
Seems like a great place! The staff, while visiting, was really helpful and made sure to answer all of our questions. Looking forward to living here!
They have been so helpful with all of my questions. They set me up with great roommates too! It’ll be a new experience and a new year. I’m excited!
Incredibly thrilled to live here for the year and definitely will be spending every chance I can in the pool or hot tub. Lol Also, im pleased that the entire staff is very friendly.
I am excited to live in such a homie area. I think the location is great and the apartments are super nice. I can't wait to get settled in and enjoy living here!
I already moved in but I love it, I love the furnished apartment and the nice washer and dryer. I also love the marble countertops on all of the counters!
I am excited to have two new roommates move into the Retreat mid September! It will be nice to have roommates again since I wasn’t sure if I’d have any! Hopefully they like dogs.
Love the pool, the staff, and my roommates! Couldn't have asked for a better place to live near campus while going to school. Also love how utilities are included.
I’m so excited to move into a place dedicated to students, with all the amenities this was the perfect option for the right price. I’m also very excited to live in a community.
The people in Welcome desk are very nice and help me solve problems. And the entertainment in Retreat are excellent for students living there.
I’ve lived here before, but I’m super excited for my new roommate to move in! I think it’s going to be another great year for the rest of us too
I never received gift cards for renewing which was a huge upset. I’m not sure who to blame or speak to about that.
I have some broken items upon renewing. But maintenance has always been quick and thorough around here. I have had nothing but exceptional experiences with each of the staff besides the wrongfully-fronted gift cards.
The best amenities and super nice staff. The apartments are all updated and maintenance is always super helpful whenever there is a problem! Loved living here!
Friendly staff and apartments maintained fairly well. Would like to see easier way for current residents to transition to new apartments for the following school year
I am genuinely excited to move in! The application and leasing process was a little iffy, as the application could definitely use some editing, and the leasing process felt like we were in the dorms all over again, but all in all, I look forward to all the amenities and making it a home with some of my closest friends!
The staff here at the retreat is extremely helpful, we had a few issues and they were able to help out quickly. The manager is great and easy to contact if there’s a problem.
Love the retreat. Great environment, amazing amenities, nice staff. Feels like a small community. Love how the gym is two stories and has everything I need and more.
Haven’t been there long, but it already seems awesome! Went to the gym and was super impressed on how nice and well kept everything was. I’m also excited about the golf simulator! All the employees have been extremely helpful and personable.
I am very excited about move in the retreat because I can live with my friends. And also I can have my own bedroom and restroom I can talk with my friend when I can.
Totally great! Staffs are really nice and kind. The place was located in good area, not too far from OSU. Room was quite good. Facilities are perfect.
I really want to move-in retreat, a lot of friends live in there. Especially, this apartment has the air conditioner, it is high-temperature today!
Great facilities but the pool isn't open 24 hrs now. As an upperclassmen and my graduate student roommates agree, we should be able to go and relax in the hot tub past 11. Especially since most of our coursework is due at midnight, sometimes we'd like to just got unwind for half an hour after turning it in and now we can't. Beware of the new security guard, he takes his job too seriously and is a little out of touch with reality. Other than that I live this place and all the other things make up for it.
I cant wait to move in to the Retreat- The staff has been so welcoming and has made this experience wonderful so far! September cannot come soon enough!
I already moved in. It’s good - the environment is pretty nice. Gym could be bigger with a squatting rack. The neighbors seemed pretty friendly
I really excited to move in. My brother stayed there a few years ago and whenever I visited i wouldn't want to leave. His room was huge. Gimme points.
I very excited to about moving in since I'm coming from the LA area in California. I'm looking forward to my new place there once I move in.
We need to collect your contact information to activate the card for you.
WHY: Accounting information is critical for making business decisions. Without an understanding of where this information is located (i.e. "geography") and how to analyze this information (i.e. ratios, common sizing, contribution analysis, etc.) it is very difficult to be an effective decision maker. This assignment is designed to give you a basic understanding of where the information is, how to analyze it, and how to use it in decisions.
Today's episode is specifically for students. Our goal was to take what we know about the science of learning and focus on how it can be used by yous tudents - to increase how muc
I am so so excited to move in in the fall!!! I will be moving across the country and I can not wait! Also can not wait to meet my roommate!!
The community in general is great! Very nice living space. I think that there needs to be parking on one side of the road though, it is a danger to everyone. Amenities (when working) are very beneficial.
Good neighborhood, good amenities, and really welcoming staff! They have always asked me if I needed help, and how I am liking the unit. They are very reliable on getting work done, and having it done right the first time.
Moving in is so easy at the retreat. The processes is quick and the only downside is not being able to move in on the weekends since that’s when families can usually help
So very excited!!!!!!! I am moving from Eastern Oregon! High desert - cold winters and hot summers!!!!!! Thank you for making this transition so easy.
very excited, the grounds are kept green and clean, fantastic club house and fitness center, looking forward to using the pool during the summer
I am going on 3rd year here at the Retreat and I've never been so happy to be living here. Such a safe and great place to live because of all the great people and great amenities.
I heard It's a nice place to live with a lot of nice facilities such as sauna, studying room and pool. I am super excited to see my new roommates!
I was really excited to move in because of how nice and beautiful the area looked. I love all of the amenities and how nice everything is kept
The Retreat has a lot of amazing amenities, and the pool is so nice when it’s warm out. The rooms are large and it’s a great place to live with your friends.
I was very excited about moving into the retreat, the study rooms and gym have made all the difference on the days I do not feel like walking all the way to campus. Plus, its super pet friendly
I am so excited to move into this apartment complex. I toured the apartments multiple times. The apartments were very kept up. These apartments also seem to be in a very safe community.
I'm happy to renew my lease for the third time here, it's nice and comfortable for students. The community here is good and the staff helps when needed.
The Retreat looks like the place to be. I have talked to so many people about where to live and all of them say to live at the Retreat. A big pool and nice hot tub, can’t beat that!
The retreat had some great benifits and fixed utilities that I think offset the high rent costs. I recommend living there but wait until they have a lease signing incentive
I’m excited to move in since the place that I live at now is so small. I’m looking forward to more room and the pool and hot tub. The other amenities are nice too.
I’m super excited to move into the retreat ! Our tour of the retreat was amazing. My roommates and I were blown away by how nice the retreat is. We can’t wait to move in next year !
So far it has been a pretty great experience signing and learning about the retreat. Jessy has been super great about making sure I got all the information I needed and I'm excited to be living there soon.
I am super excited to move into the Retreat. When I got my house tour by Wyatt that’s when I knew this was the place for me to live. I can’t wait until move-in date.
Apartments are nice. I love having my own private bathroom! Some neighbors can be loud at night sometimes, but that's a minor complaint. Recommended!
I am very excited to move in and take advantage of all of the new amenities that the Retreat offers. I am excited to live in the spacious 5 bedroom home and take advantage of the quality of life the retreat offers.
I can live with my friends. And also we rent the house with the furniture，it helps me save a lot of money. And here is the best house because every room has the private bathroom
the retreat is great pls give me more free money. I'm really broke and I like all the fun things you guys offer this point system is great, its gonna be my new form of income.
I am so very really excited to move into the new apartment in the fall of 2018. Finally be able to get out of the dorms and into a nice place

I love living at the Retreat. I just moved in this year and I'm excited to live here again next year. The move-in process is a breeze and the staff has been consistently friendly. The amenities are always a bonus too, especially the 24 hour gym access. Highly recommend the Retreat at Corvallis.
It’s going to be lit and lit and lit and cool and it will be fun as well as the fun I will have in the community and taco Tuesday’s and free coffee and it’s going to be lit
I am really excited to be moving in this year, most of my friends live here so that is cool. Also the apartments are really nice here and the stuff are helpful
Cant wait, curious about when the move in date is though. I really want to hear from other people what their opinions are. Cant wait to move in.
I'm very excited to move in! The Retreat has so many features to be excited about, and the community is nice and welcoming. While I was apprehensive towards the price at first, I think it will be well worth moving there.
The staff are wonderful people! They get the job done, the roommates are also really cooperative and polite, and I love the pool! In addition, the individual bathrooms are a plus, could not have dreaded the dorm bathrooms any more than I already did last year.
The staff are very attentive and helpful. This makes the community comfortable to live in, and whenever there is a problem at hand I can feel assured that it will be taken care of.
Very excited! I've been searching for a good and quiet place for sometimes. I've finally found it here. The community is nice and I even have my own room.
Everything is great, except for the amount of cigarette butts in the hallway and on the stairwell. It makes it smell in/around my apartment and it's gross.
I'm excited enjoy the nice weather by the pool! I'm also excited to have drinks on the balcony with friends when the weather gets nicer! Should be fun!
I have enjoyed the environment of living here. It's so great to have my own private space but also be able to interact with all my roommates
Worst internet ever. Again, worst internet ever. I never experience such a bad internet. Worst internet ever. Again, worst internet ever. I never experience such a bad internet.
It was a good community, but a few issues here and there. Maintenance is just students who work there, so don’t expect a ton from them (although they do a decent jobs still!)
Can’t wait to move in and make new friends. The retreat is just a great place to live at. It’s kind of expensive but you don’t have to worry about anything.
I have never lived in the community before but it looks stunning and everyone I’ve meet has been lovely. I just hope I don’t live with slobs
The staff was very helpful. I really like Alexi when she gave my friend abd I the tour. So far everything is good but beware, there are no cancel clause.
The only way to get rid of it I don't want you guys and you guys to get to see it in a good app for a better way of writing this article to a reader of a reader or two or more than the ones that you have.
Moving to an apartment is a little nerve wracking but IT’S AWESOME!!! The process should be exciting especially because I am moving in with my three best friends. I am super eager to make it happen.
Can't wait to live in a larger apartment. The tour of The Retreat has me very excited to move out of the dorms and into my own place that has my own bathroom and bedroom.
I very much enjoy living here. All the amenities offered, make living here feel so much like a resort. There could be better internet and cable considering students live here and need the internet.
Proximity to campus is the best if you are an undergraduate or graduate student. The amenities are wonderful as well. Who could turn down free coffee and a 24-hour gym? The rooms are nice and renting a furnished apartment took a lot of stress off when moving across the country. The biggest downsides are the high prices for rent, inconvenient dumpster locations, and paper thin walls. Maintenance requests are always handled in a timely manner as well!
it is very excited to be here, and all neighborhood and friends are remain the same. I would like to recommend more of my friend to live here.
I am so excited to move in! It is absolutely amazing and beautiful! The area is jus far away from campus that I have my space but not too far where I don’t feel included!
I am really excited to move in and get to know the people around my community. with a two bed two bath apartment i cant wait to decorate it to make it feel just like home.
I'm excited to be part of a community like The Retreat. The apartments look nice and I'm excited to leave the dorms and move into somewhere more home-y.
Super excited to be st the retreat! I have friends who live here and it’s amazing to be close to them and campus. The amenities really make this place cost effective and overall the best deal.
The apartments give each resident plenty of space. The grounds are well kept. The clubhouse has some nice amenities. It can get a little loud on weekends, especially Fridays, but it's also more of a college-housing area, so it makes sense.
I am really excited to move to Corvallis and now I’m even more excited to move to the Retreat. It’s definitely a weight off my shoulders to have somewhere to live, especially somewhere so awesome!!
I can honestly say I have never been more excited than I am to know where I will be living next school year. Everything that the community has to offer is amazing and really well designed.
Love it! It is an amazing place to live I love the pool and it’s close enough to campus to walk to and from every day!!!! Great community with a great helpful staff
I am excited about the small community feel and the amenities. The gym is great and I am excited to use it. I am also excited for the on suite bathrooms!
I cannot wait to move into the retreat. I love the community and all the wonderful amenities it offers! They are great about posting their amazing offers and fun stuff that’s happening, like food and events!
Overall there it has been a good experience, but there have been times that maintenance takes a while. I have also had many issues when signing the leases and it takes multiple attempts to get it correct before I can sign.
Overall our townhouse is great, it is spacious and comfortable. The manager was really helpful with fixing our on-going heat issue, and was adamant about making sure we weren't overpaying for our heat. Staff is very nice, and I enjoy living here.
Love the amenities. I like how we get out own walk in closet and bathroom. It is very nice that we are able to have our own area away from the common area.
The apartments are great, to start. They’re clean and well maintained, the furniture is nice. I like the atmosphere, but I HATE the crazy speeders that wildly race down the street through the complex. It is SO dangerous and it’s like the Retreat doesn’t notify anyone capable of doing anything:(. Other than that, you know the possibility of being hit by a Porsche traveling 40+ in the wrong lane, I think it’s awesome here.
I'm going to be living with my sister and it's going to be a lot of fun! Plus, it'll be quite the step up from a dorm. I'm really excited about all the amenities that come from living at the retreat.
I loved moving here, the community is great and the housing is amazing. I love the fact that I personally have my own walk in closet as well as my own bathroom.
Already moved-in, but it's quite a nice area to live in. So far everything is going smoothly, though parking and somewhat tight, and driving through the apartments are even tighter.
Living here has really been great! The amenities are some of the best parts. The hot tub is always open and an awesome place to hangout with friends. The 24 hr gym is my favorite though.
Im very happy to be living in the retreat at corvallis becaus e it has very nice and spacious homes that are very safe and also are very close to campus
I love staying here I enjoy all of the things they have here for us. I can not wait to use the pool, i love using the gym and the golf room. Everything is great!
Super excited to move in. Close to campus with a decent gym and dog friendly. I like that they have a pool table and really friendly staff.
I have lived here 2 years. It has great amenities, which make living here even better. The bedrooms have a lot of space also. A great place to live with friends!
I have lived at the retreat for the last year and a half. I have had a great experience moving in and out of two different apartments. It’s a great place to live
Very nice apartments! Close to campus and clean, with lots of space for bikes. Very pet friendly- loads of green space for dogs to run. Quiet too.
Nice, there are some reoccurring problems like a leaky sink but always get it fixed by the staff. The rooms themselves are roomy and doesn’t feel cramped.
I was very excited about moving in sophomore year of college! The place was impressive and I loved the hot tub. It was extremely clean and had good vibes !
Moving in was fine but management needs some work and needs to learn more about customer service and how to address particular issues people may be having
The Retreat is a pretty good place to live off campus. It is walk-in distance from school and there is plenty of free parking in the parking lots. Although we have had our issues with management and maintenance, the amenities are really nice.
Beautiful scenery. Located near restaurants, gas station and redbox. Close to large public library and major bus stops. Large apartments with plenty of closet and storage space.
I lived at the Retreat last year and really enjoyed my time there, so I am living in the same unit again this year. It really makes everything convenient.
The staff has been really helpful with me transferring units and have worked with me very well. I am glad that they were accommodating. I love living here
Overall a good place to live and its close to campus, so thats always a plus. The main problem that I have found is that the maintenance crew seems to take a long time to get things done.
So far moving in and living at the retreat has been amazing. The move in process was quick and easy and the perks have been incredible. I highly recommend this place
I pretty much love living at the Retreat. It's barely 20 minutes from campus, it's on a bus line, and it's quiet at night and safe! The staff in the office are really friendly and helpful too.
Beautiful property and structures! There is always staff in the office and maintenance is very quick. Not too much noise and great amenities!
The amenities are amazing here at the Retreat, I thoroughly enjoy the free printing, rec room and gym. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. I also like that it's pet friendly and very social with many gatherings put on by the ReTreat with free food! Only downside is the inconsistent wifi and some of the residents here who drive way too fast with horribly loud mufflers.
What an awesome place. Nice people / staff and great service. Very close to OSU campus, around 15 min walks. Convenient location in Corvallis.
I don't understand why you are forcing me to write 14o characters to get a 5$ gift card. I feel like that is doing the most. I'm excited to move in though.
good community with highly living conditions. But the room for me is very little and the sunset can not shining my room. The other is all good
I am very excited to be living here! I have heard great things about the Retreat since coming to Oregon State a couple of years ago, and almost everything has lived up to expectation.
I have lived here for 3 years and I love it!!!!! There is so many amenities. I will not live anywhere else in corvallis!!! I love how I can tan and workout!
I think you guys have a good service such as packages service. But I think you can help us in many different ways. For example, last month I forgot to pay my rent. You guys remained me until I already had to charge my late fee. I feel a little upset. Ps. Too expensive!
By far the best apartment complex in Corvallis! The staff is always friendly and ready to help when needed. Pool parties can get a bit wild but usually dies out after summer.
The retreat in Corvallis has a great environment. they provide us with a good gym and pool. The location of the apartment is not far from the faculty.
The community's pretty nice. They can be loud on weekends though.Other than that, they are nice people. Not very excited on how loud they will be on Halloween.
I love it here at the retreat, I released at my unit because there aren't as many places in Corvallis that have this many benefits and yet still be quite close to campus.
I love the amenities that you offer! The pool, the gym, the tanning beds, makes me feel like I'm living in a resort!! I also love the closeness to campus. I can walk to class in 15 minutes.
i liked the place it have better price to the campus and much larger space that it. Also, not to forget the facility they provide you i would recommend anyone to live in the retreat
i live at the retreat and the facility is super nice! theres a pool, a hot tub, a game room, a fitness room, and a lot more! also the furnished room i live in is roomy and nice!
I've lived at the Retreat for 3 years and it's been a great experience! The clubhouse and amenities are great and the staff is really nice & helpful.
Everything so far at The Retreat has been perfect for my roommate and I. Small problems we had on move-in day were immediately solved and our apartment looks great! Amazing internet too.
the community hear is nice, the facility is also complete. good place to reside with. I also thin that paying here is worth it, since it has many good facilities also and good service.
I am happy to live in the retreat. It is near the school and it is furnished. I have good roomates and all the people in the office are nice. I am so excited that i have won the reward. I tell my friends and all of them were shocked by hearing this news because it is a lot of money. Some of my friends even wanted to moving here and asked me some basic information of the treat.
I have truly enjoyed the Retreat and all the amenities that it has to offer. I think that the parking could really use some updating as the streets look crowded but the facility is great!
Living at the retreat is great! Even better that I can bring my pup, Tahoe. The apartments are new and clean and they offer a free printer in the leasing office which has been really helpful.
It's a great community in corvallis. The location is nearby OSU and Safeway. The system of the community management is well developed. Stuff at the office are very nice people.
So far the retreat at Corvallis is good. The community is nice and well kept. The overall atmosphere here is also very inviting. This apartment complex is very nice.
While everything may not work out exactly as desired unlike most if not all other communities in Corvallis the dedication here is towards the residents.
It’s a good fit for me, and I love my roommates! I knew two of the three before living here, so that part is really nice. The apartments themselves are also very nice, and the extras that we get (gym, etc.) are convenient.
Honestly it's more trouble than it's worth living here. My apartment has had so many problems but I'm hoping this year will be Better than the last.
I've lived here last year and was able to stay in my same room which makes it convenient to not have to move all my belongings. I get along well with my roommate and I'm exited about starting a new school year with the help of already being settled in.

Love all the amenities at the retreat. Very excited to live here with my best friends for our 3rd year! Everything is great, I look forward to another fun year
Overall great with the community center and pool but the hallways sometimes too dirty. The individual rooms and bathrooms are a plus for sure though.
There are many things about living here that just don't make sense, like how I still haven't been charged for electricity in over 2 months, or how the rent payment portal rejects my automatic payments. Thankfully management has improved a lot in the last year, and is always able to help out when there's an issue, but it seems like issues come up much more frequently than should be normal.
I'm excited to be moving back in! Can't wait to play pool with my friends and use the golf simulator! Great experience last year and I expect it only gets better from here!
Awesome amenities. Dog friendly. Helpful staff. I am very grateful for the opportunity to live in this fantastic place. Nothing but positive experiences.
So far, I'm enjoying my next phase of freedom and learning more about living the life of independence. This is a great start for any college student learning the basics of living away from home.
My house mates are great. The staff at the front desk as really nice and helpful. When I was looking for housing I came here and the lady who helped me was really nice and gave me a tour of the place and answered all my questions and helped me get into a house with my friend. The people who live in the Retreat are really friendly and I love seeing the people with their dogs. The Retreat has many places to lounge so it's nice to go and study at their tables or if I need to use their computers the computer lab is really nice to have.
I have been moved in for two years. I am very happy staying here. And it’s very convinced for me to live here because it just take me 20 mins to walk to school.
Great place and complete amenities. Club house looks great. As a student, the computer lounge and round table is a must. Golf simulator is a good idea for refreshment
I have been lived in retreat for two years. It's very comfortable to live here. And it's very convenience to live here because it just take me 20 mins to walk to school.
So far they’ve been a little frustrating to work with but it’s all worked out in the end so I don’t have too much to complain about around here
I love the community feeling and especially the amenities here! The facilities are top notch and better than I have at home! I highly recommend this for OSU students going to college here.
Heyyyyy that's pretty good!
Only issue has been a couple maintenance things. Everything else is smooth sailing from here tbh. Let's see how this goes!
I love the place, it’s very nice and has a great home feel. My building is great, we have had zero problems and it’s usually pretty quiet for the most part.
Since the new management has taken over, The maintenance team has been spot on with repairs. Quick response and fast repairs. The only thing that could be stepped up is the parking situation.$240 a year for parking is steep- that's twice more than my spot at OSU.
The Retreat is great for the most part. Apartments are nice, Clubhouse is awesome, all that jazz. Staff for the most part is really nice as well. They need to be better about making emails more visible so I don't have to go searching for them.
It's okay. The amenities are nice to use, and I love not having to go all the way to Dixon to workout. Staff is friendly and helpful. Little expensive.
I live here for the amenities. It's really close to campus, and I use the gym and printer regularly. For me the amenities are worth the hassle of dealing with the management.
Moving in was so quick and easy! I love living at The Retreat because it is so close to campus, and the environment is really fun. Everyone who works there is super nice!!
The Retreat looks very nice and it has a lot of great amenities. Communication between management and maintenance could use some work as well as between management and tenants.
The Retreat has been a great place to live! It's walking distance to school and there's a gym on site. I am so excited to be living here this coming school year!
I am so excited for the upcoming school year and all that The Retreat has to offer! The staff is wonderful, our apartment is amazing, and the community around us is beyond words.
I'm super excited to move back in and be in my own bedroom! I'm also glad to be in the clubhouse near the pool/hottub and easy to find apartment.
I am excited to be close to school again while having my own bedroom and bathroom. It feels like home here. I can't wait to keep making memories in my apartment.
I have loved living at the retreat! It's a great environment for a college student. especially with a dog! The amenities are also pretty nice to have!
Living here is much better than other pet friendly apartments in the area. The lawn is well maintained, there are plenty of dog waste disposals and bags, and the great amenities.
I loved there last year and it was a lot of fun. Maintenance could have been better though. I am excited to come back over the summer and go swimming in the pool.
Clean neighborhood, pet friendly, and nice people. So many things to offer and great amenities. Great experience and renewing my lease. Excited for another year
I was excited to move in because I think I will enjoy the people and the neighborhood very much. The Retreat is very close to campus so I'm looking forward to that.
Little spendy, but nice to have privacy and own bathroom. Closet shelf has fallen off wall three times since move in. Staff is pretty good about fixing maintenance requests in a quick manner though.
I just resigned my lease and I can't wait for another year at the Retreat! I love living right across from the gym and pool. Overall my experience at the Retreat has been great!
I am so excited. Tha apartment as milledge better than garden. So I advice to rent a mellidge apartment rather than ather kinds because it is less noisy
