Apartments Near OSU
For your convenience, we offer fully-furnished units! Residents can select a furnished unit for an additional cost. In the bedroom, residents can find a bed, bed frame, dresser, nightstand, desk, and desk chair. In the living room, furnished units include a 43″ smart TV, an entertainment stand, a coffee table, an end table, couch pieces, and bar stools for the island. Unfortunately, we furnish by the unit and can not furnish single bed spaces.
Applicants must apply online, be approved, sign a housing contract, and provide a guarantor and pay a security deposit or self-qualify and pay an additional deposit or monthly fee if applying through LEAP. Contact us today to learn more about securing a spot at our OSU off campus housing community!
Online payments from Discover, MasterCard, Visa, or an electronic check are accepted. However, there is a small convenience fee associated with this service.
Internet with Wi-Fi, trash, and water are included in your monthly installments. The only thing residents of our OSU apartments are responsible for is electricity!
Our apartments in Corvallis, Oregon, are not affiliated with Oregon State University. However, we work closely with local colleges and universities to better serve our student residents!
We provide a queen size bed for residents who select our fully-furnished cottages and a full XL size bed for those who select our fully-furnished apartments.
